You pay a refundable security deposit of $350
plus
Shipping from San Diego to your location
plus
$75 if you return it within 1 month of the original ship date
or
$100 if you return it within 3 months of the original ship date
or
$150 if you return it within 6 months of the original ship date
Plus
return shipping from your location to San Diego
If not returned within 6 months, then the full retail price will be charged to your account. ($449 for VW, Porsche 356, 912, and 914. $599 for Porsche 911)
If paying by money order or check the security deposit must be the retail price. ($449 or $599)
